What is Creditrans?
This ticket is valid for trips at discount prices, on all transport operators
integrated in the system. Currently, these operators are, Metro Bilbao,
Bilbobus, Bizkaibus, La Salve Elevator, Artxanda Funicular, Suspension Bridge,
Lujua Buses and the Bilbao Tram Service.
It is a pre-paid card, with credit to travel. The following possible prices
exist: 5 Euros, 10 Euros, 15 Euros.
Part of the balance is expended on each trip made. After each trip, the
remaining balance is printed on the ticket. It is printed on the side of
the magnetic band (if the operator is Metro Bilbao or the Tram Service)
or on the other side where if the operator is a bus company, the elevator,
funicular or suspension bridge. Additional information, which is used for
inspection purposes, is also printed (date, line).
The fares charged for the trips are those established by each operator for
the "bono-10" type tickets.
The ticket is valid until the 31st of December of the year following the
year it was purchased.
How to use this ticket. Rights and limits.
Trips can be made on all integrated operators, in all transport zones in
the Territory of Biscay, with the only limit of the available balance (money)
to travel.
It can be used by several people to travel together on one ticket.
It can be used to change from one operator to another or on the same operator
(when the said operator contemplates this possibility), applying a discount
on the fare of the second trip. There will be a time restriction on changes,
always considering the type of trip made. (Town, Intercity).
It is transferable; it is NOT a personalised ticket.

What is the Gizatrans ticket?
It is a ticket valid for Metro Bilbao and Bilbobus, designed for persons
aged over 65 or with a disability level of at least 65%. It is a purse-card
and the fare for each trip is discounted from the pre-stored amount as
it is used.
Characteristics:
It is associated with a Gizatrans Membership Card, and can be used only
by the membership card holder.
Price:
3 euros, with 27 euro cents deducted for each trip made. This fare is valid
for all Metro Bilbao and Bilbobus fare areas.
